De retour de notre randonnée de quatre jours en Alsace, nous tenions à vous transmettre notre entière satisfaction concernant aussi bien l’accueil et la qualité des hôtels que le circuit de randonnées.
Nous nous sommes sentis choyés, accompagnés et nous avons apprécié pleinement la beauté de votre région. Merci encore pour cette belle organisation !

My wife and I have just returned to Canada after participating in one of your walking tours as part of the 12 member "Campbell" group that you graciously hosted in the latter part of April early part of May. We would like to thank you for a wonderful experience and express our appreciation to all those who made our visit so memorable. The area surrounding Kaysersberg is breathtakingly beautiful. The people are a treasure and extremely friendly and hospitable. Our visit could not have been more enjoyable and certainly unique for we North Americans. Once again our sincere thanks to all involved.

We particularly enjoyed the evening suppers and the lunch at St. Alexis. We were served certain dishes that were superb and being that we likely will not be back in Alsace?Lorraine would love to be able to attempt to recreate in our homes. If at all possible we were wondering if the chef that created some of the dishes might e?mail the recipes for these dishes to us so that we might make an attempt to re?create the dish and the experience. In particular we are thinking about :

  • the soup that I believe we had at the Faude ? we think it was a mixture of asparagus and spinach.
  • the soup and pork pie that we had at St. Alexis
  • the soup that we had in Le Bonhomme ? we think it was a mixture of carrot and tomato
  • the crusted potato that we had in orbey.

In fact one suggestion might be to provide your guests with the recipes for the traditional dishes served during the tour as a routine matter.

Know that we were able to pick up postcards at the various stores in kaysersberg with some of the recipes for such things as "Choucroute", "Chicken and Riesling" and so on but couldn't find recipes for the item mentioned above.

In any case, once again "Merci beaucoup pour un vacance mémorable"!

Thank you very much for exellent service from the lady at the office in Lapoutroie. We had only got one map from the beginning althoug we were four couples in the group so it was nice to get two more.
We are looking forward to our next trip in Alsace !

Sehr geehrte Munier,

meine Frau und ich möchten uns ganz herzlich für die ausgezeichnete Baccus-Wanderung bedanken. Schon der Transfer mit dem Taxi vom und zum Bahnhof Colmar hat wunderbar geklappt. Auch die Wanderunterlagen sind so gestaltet, dass jeder das Ziel der Wanderung, ohne sich verlaufen, erreicht. Und natürlich der Wein, der Käse, das Essen Uberhaupt waren ein Gedicht.
