Reservation and payment

• Please enclose deposit payment of 50 € per person. We will send postal confirmation by return. Final payment is due 30 days before your arrival. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and to keep your deposit. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required with the reservation.

CANCELLATION

• If you cancel your booking, the amount retained will be :

1. 20 to 10 days prior to arrival : 40% of the full amount.
2. 9 to 6 days prior to arrival : 60% of the full amount.
3. 5 days prior to arrival : the full amount.

• If we are forced to cancel your holiday :

1. We will try to offer you a suitable alternative.
2. if this is not acceptable, we will refund your payment in full.
