Terms and conditions

RESERVATION

 

  • After receiving your reservation request using the form found on this site, we send you a proposal. You will then confirm your booking by paying a deposit of 50 € per person. Final payment is due 30 days before your arrival. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and to keep your deposit. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required with the reservation.

 

 

PAYMENT

 

  • Payment by cheque or by bank turning net of expenses for HORIZONS D'ALSACE. Will the payment by foreign cheque in euros have to be raised of 20 € for the bank charge. It is possible for you to pay by credit card. Please give us the 16 figures of your bank card as well as the validity date and the last 3 figures within the framework signature on the back of your bank card.

CANCELLATION

 

  • If you cancel your booking, the amount retained will be :
    1. More than 20 days before arrival : the deposit is forfeited and the rip may be postponed.
    2. 20 to 10 days prior to arrival : 40% of the full amount.
    3. 9 to 6 days prior to arrival : 60% of the full amount.
    4. 5 days prior to arrival : the full amount.
  • If we are forced to cancel your holiday :
    1. We will try to offer you a suitable alternative.
    2. If this is not acceptable, we will refund your payment in full.
