- to arrange hotel visits for the person responsible for a contract
- to consider special needs or requirements to enable Horizons d’Alsace offers to be included in an annual
‘programme’ - to provide visuals or other necessary information for the preparation of a catalogue page
- to sign a contract in proper form to guarantee reservations
